After harvesting asparagus plants with beautiful colors, the biochemical parameters reaching the optimum value are washed with clean water to remove dust and microorganisms adhering to the trunk and root surfaces. Vegetables are allowed to stand naturally or can be used in the fridge to refresh quickly. After that, vegetables are packed in packaging bags and put into carton boxes. Products are put into storage at a temperature of 4-8°C, humidity 85-95%. The treatment process is carried out right on the same day, ensuring food safety, without affecting the quality and beauty of vegetables.
